ALL APPLICABLE PAPER WORK MUST ACCOMPANY THE FIREARM WHEN SHIPPED TO TOP NOTCH.  FOR EXAMPLE: IF SHIPPING IN A SBR YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FORM 2 PAPER WORK IS IN THE BOX WITH INSTRUCTIONS OF WORK TO BE RENDERED.

WHEN SHIPPING ANY WEAPON INTO ME FOR ANY KIND OF WORK IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THAT THE FIREARM IS LEGAL AND HAS NOT HAD ANY ILLEGAL MODIFICATIONS DON TO IT. IF I RECEIVE A ILLEGALLY MODIFIED FIREARM IT WILL BE SURRENDERED TO THE ATF FOR DETERMINATION!!!

COMPANY POLICIES

 

         SHIPPING OF CONTROLLED ITEMS            Controlled items, i.e. receivers and rifles, must be shipped to a local FFL holder in your area so a 4473 back round check can be completed to comply with federal laws. This does not apply to guns being shipped for warranty and gunsmithing.

               CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS                             We accept Visa and MC. You can use a credit card for all of your parts and gunsmithing purchases.  There is a $100 minimum order for credit card orders. We do not accept credit cards issued outside of the USA. If you use a non USA credit card when ordering from us you are authorizing us to charge your credit card a 8% handling fee upon discovery.

CHARGE BACKS & RETURNED CHECKS

When a customer contacts his credit card company to dispute a credit card charge the credit card company immediately removes the disputed amount from our bank account and returns it to the customer's account.  When this happens we have a specified amount of time to dispute the charge back.  If the credit card company finds justification to honor our dispute and the charge back is reversed in our favor the customer will automatically authorized us to charge his credit card account a $50.00 charge back fee.  If the customer's card will not process this amount, we will automatically turn the charge over to a collection agency. 

We do NOT want any customer to be unhappy and hope the above will not happen.  If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased Please contact us first and we will work to resolve any issue to all parties satisfaction.

All returned checks will incur a $30.00 return check charge.

 

TAX
Arkansas Resale Businesses who have a Resale Certificate On File with us need to check the appropriate box on the Order Form and tax will not be charged when your order is processed. If we don't have a Resale Certificate for your company already on file you can fax us one before you place your order. If we don't have a Resale Certificate On File, Tax WILL Be Charged On The Order. Arkansas collects tax on both labor and materials.

 

PRODUCTS
We make every effort to be certain our web-site is accurate. However,  occasional price changes and produce improvements can allow some details to change. We reserve the right to correct any errors that may occur and we will not be held responsible for typographical or pricing errors. All our products are for adult use only. Check all state and local laws before ordering. We do not ship high capacity magazines to California, New York, Washington D.C. or Massachusetts. Maryland residents cannot receive magazines over 20 rounds. New Jersey residents cannot receive magazines over 15 rounds. Hawaiian residents cannot receive pistol magazines over 10 rounds. Merchandise listed herein is not for sale in any state, district or territory where the receipt, possession, sale or use of any such merchandise is prohibited.
RETURNS
Product may not be returned without first obtaining prior authorization. Customers attitude will determine if a 15% restocking fee will be implemented. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a prior return authorization #.  All shipping costs on returns are to be paid by the customer.  Reimbursement will be made for the price of the item only.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

DAMAGES
Claims of shortages or damaged shipments must be made with the carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Our responsibility ceases when we deliver products to the carrier in good order.
WARRANTY
We stand behind all of our products and guarantee them to be free of defects. We offer a life-time warranty on all Top Notch manufactured  parts. Please inspect all products upon receipt and inspect the merchandise to evaluate its function. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace that product at no charge, however, you are responsible for return shipping costs to us.
PRIVACY
All customer orders are held in the strictest confidence. We will not disclose or sell ANY customer information i.e.: e-mail addresses, names, telephone numbers, or physical addresses. We value our customers and their privacy.
